I just finished reading" A Company of Tanks " by Maj. W.H.L. Watson DSO,DCM, ISBN 1-847349-34-X. It was a very interesting read. He not only commanded the gun tanks but the carrier or supply tanks. While a little disappointed they were not gun tanks he talks about how the officers and men  fought them as if they were . It is a truly enjoyable read and a must have Great War armor fans.

The Gutenberg Project's Xmas gift to us this year is Watson's book in a variety of formats - mobi, epub, text, html etc. Although a PDF of it has already been mentioned on Landships, these latest versions may be particularly appreciated by anyone who has just unwrapped a new Kindle, Kobo or Nook.
