Hi Diego, you should note that it appears that latil produced the first front wheel drive and the truck with the A/C appears to be this type of vechile so could be an early latil (say 1910+)or is a truck with a Latil front wheel drive unit, which they appear to have sold seperatly and to which you could attach your own bodywork..... although I believe they are more famous for 4 wheel drive tractors for artillery.....perhaps you can identify the aircraft type....
maybe its a Bleriot XI with the elavators removed? which would date the pic to 1909+....
Yes, it look like a Blériot type, but since there was several different types used prewar by the France, it's difficult to say exactly what this "secret weapon" is. D.
