Softskin area?

Was wondering if anyone else would be interested in an area of the website for softskin vehicles? There's quite a few softskin kits out there now to write about, and a few survivors to photograph etc. To me they're just as interesting as the AFV's.

Cheers, Rob

Hi Rob, I would agree there does seem to be need for a softskin area probarbly takes a good portion of posts on the current forum already, for me at any rate transport and logistics etc, is very interesting and I would like to see more of it...

Cheers

Well, why not! It's a nice idea. And logical too. Now the softskins are tucked away with the Arty, but they would really deserve their own department here. It's not that complicated really, just starting with some re-structuring.

My only problem is lack of time. I got my head just above water now, when it comes to my civili life work load, and there are SO many things I want to do...

I'll look into it!

Cool, nice one Peter. If/when you do do one, I could help out with photos etc - I live next door to the RAF Museum so the WWI Crossley tender and Ford Model T pickup aren't exactly too far for me to go. Also got the Reviresco Thornycroft J type lorry on it's way to look forward to
