The second pic looks like a Filtz armoured tractor with the mg removed.

Oui, oui M. c'est le tracteur blindé de Filtz
 Great photo of the Filtz armored tractor.      It seems according to my research, this is the second version. Essentially an up armored version. I have provided a few photos to show the difference. Unfortunately, Photo A. is quite poor. It shows the first version.

Photo B, shows the second version, and Photo C, is a copy of the photo you are referring to from the French Forum.

If any one has any other photo's of the Filtz. I would be extremly interested in seeing them.
