Nuno Cabeçadas of Portugal has made a Mark V in 1/72 out of the Emhar kit. I don't think he is a member of this forum, so he has given me permission to post these photos of his work.

The only other 1/72 Mark V models I have seen are:

Mike Cooper's converted Airfix Mark I

Peter Kempf's converted Cromwell Mark V*

and

and Wayne McCullough's paper model

Does anyone know of any others? Or are there any manufacturers that make one, even if it is 'wargame' standard in white metal, it might make a base for detailing?

So I guess that is a resounding "No!"

Hello again, Dean.

I could remember your Mark V conversion, but I couldn't find it, so thanks for directing us.

Have you made any more?

No  this was a one off for my RCW wargames stuff (all finished recently with my cossacks and Austin 1/2 track a/c done - no more planned at the moment; I'm back in the 18th century painting SYW and WSS stuff for a while)
