Now out of production (but as Matador Models have bought the BK Modelcraft moulds and have released some of their kits, i'm hoping this one will come out again) is this static model of the 20hp Simplex petrol railway tractor, as used by the War Department Light Railway in the Great War. The two figures are by WD Models
which I can highly reccomend, they really brought the model to life I felt. I added a few extra bits and pieces - the two square blocks on the front, present on the real thing but not on the kit, and a couple of petrol tins. Can't believe how tiny this thing is, and how much my eyes hurt after painting it and the figures
