If you get The Tank Museum Plans Pack for the Mk IV Male tank I figured out the scale. It is 1/48.5 and if you reduce the drawing to 67% on your scanner/printer it is the same size as the Emhar kit. If you drop it to 66% that may be closer but for my purposes 67% is fine. I hope this helps everyone.
