WW1 British tank tracks
Permalink

Hi just this minute sign up on the dotted line to the forum after a few years of browsing this site, so hello to all.
I have always had an interest in WW1 tanks and modeling. At the moment i am trying to find an RC WW1 tank either a Mk1 to a Mkv in any scale but there's not much about unless you have very large wads of cash for the very nice 10th scale German made Mk1. I am a bit supprised that there is not much about.
Building an RC tank yourself seems to be the easy option until you come against the tracks. I did see that someone had a scaled drawing of the Mk 1-V type tracks from 1/72 to 1/6 ? does anyone  know where this is on this site. At the moment i am trying to do something in 1/35 scale.

Hi

I have my own ongoing project of a set of plans for a MK1 Male Tank, although not finished the members chipped in with some very useful information on track. Look for it here...

I hope this helps
