I've been chatting with Paul Thompson at EWM about their upcoming releases for WW1 and just after. As well as the MkV*, which should be out this week, I understand that a Schneider CA, Liberty tank and troop carrier are on the stocks.
I'm attaching a couple of pictures of the master of the Schneider that Paul has sent to me, which will hopefully be out in March/April together with the others. I also understand that a MkV may be coming out later!
It's really good news that this range is coming out at last.
The models from EWM are 20mm scale to fit in with 20mm and 1/72 wargames figures - so just right for me! And as wargames models they are priced so that people can easily afford more than one of them! What's more they won't take all month to build, so you can get them on the table and giving your infantry some support tout suite!
I have quite a few of the EWM models - their De Dion Bouton with 75mm AA gun is fantastic - and they do a range of artillery that fits in nicely too.
Remember this is only the master, not the production model so I'm told!
