It seems to have been 9015. I expect there will be good info on the Mk IV chart, which I can't find at the mo.

Update: It's a Mk V. Details, courtesy of Ironsides, at bottom of this thread.

Greetings,

Does anyone know anything about the tank "Baby Doll?" From this photo, it appears that it was a demonstrator in the United States.

I dare say, goggling "301 Baby Doll Tank" does not produce the desired (though, perhaps, distracting) results.

Son of a gun!  THat's where I saw it...ironic thing, the photos Ironsides posted are at the Minnesota Historical Society where my partner was the Curator of Photography for many years before she transferred to historic preservation office!  blankstare

The L9 reference on the link is incorrect, that was 9016 which the link also has.

Can anyone explain why there are deadheads/skulls and bones on some of the tanks?

I can not read the text one the fisrt picture (at the start of this subject). Maybe that will clarify?

Hope someone can explain.
