Steam Traction Engines

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I'm looking for books about steam traction engines in military service, steam wagons, e.t.c. All types of steam vehicles that don't run on tracks, basically. Preferably books with lots of good reference pictures.

Could anyone recommend a book or two?

Harold Bonnet's book, titled "Steam Traction Engines; The Men and Machines" (I think?) is supposed to have a chapter about their use in war. Is it worth it?

Thank you, Ironsides!

However, I already have access to the dead-tree version of that book. As well as a German book on Fowler steam engines at war.

Both of those were published before the Great War, though.
