Title says it is a car made for the Austrian Army and to be used on land and water. The little Txt I can't read, anyone knows if it is really used (in the army) or was it just an experiment? What type of car is it?
I can make out some words in the text; near the end it says that it's difficult to see what purpose it was designed for, but if there's anything about who built it, I can't make it out. Is this the largest size you can post the picture?
