This give the phrase "riding shotgun" a whole new meaning:

Anyone has a clue which car type is this? Is there any 3 view drawings of it?

Note the markings... can this give any clue of where and when this photo was taken?

Though about making a joke about "a whole staff car". Or "new mechanized army". Oh well.

Not sure about the car, though there may be something familiar about the radiator shape. Is the MG on the scuttle an MG08/18?
