French 1914 crew for 75mm m1897 gun in metal

I think the number of crew should be seven... but the figures look good if rather expensive, the picture looks a bit stretched though.... a fair bit of alteration is needed for that gun to represent an actual firing piece as well...

Cheerswink

Apparently this set has been available for three years now but I can't remember having seen it mentioned here:

http://legio.miniatures.free.fr/images/catalogue/info/LC-LB03.php

The figures are shown with the HaT gun.

Retail price for this six figure set is 11 EUR so I guess I'll wait for the (hopefully) upcoming HaT set.

Not bad... while somewhat slim in appareance, that is actually well proportioned. The metal might allow a minimal degree of posing them in a slightly different way to use them in dioramas and suit them to other artillery pieces. The only thing I'd modify a bit is the fact that all figures need a "haircut" in the back of the heads. And that the shoes are poorly shaped.
The officer figure is the best of the group, and painted differently can even pass as a decent pilot to pose besides an airplane model (I'd need to take off the accoutrements across his chest and add a new pistol holster) Perhaps adding a map or a clipboard to the hand in front, the pose seems odd without anything on his hand.
