I'm inexpert about such vehicles, but with that tall turret it's clearly postwar, could be 1920 pattern or 1924. Maybe even an upgraded 1914.

1920 pattern as far I can see : High turret, disc wheels...
To be honest, could be an upgraded 1914, but we should see the cab front to be sure, but My vote is 1920...
