I am currently working on the 1/72nd MGM Uberlandwagen kit. I assume these are old molds because there was loads of flash on the track units. In addition, the track plate ends were completely smashed into several dozen pieces. I reached out to the vendor who had MGM send me replacement track units (thanks Black Lion Decals). Unfortunately, MGM sent me two of the same side track units. I had to cannibalize one old set and piece together the tracks and use a replacement for the other side. You can see the difference in the end on photos. Luckily, a little mud will hide this.
In addition, the details for the platform under supports were solid triangles of resin. I removed these and made new supports from Evergreen styrene strips and lead foil. I am currently working on the superstructure cabin walls. The kit parts are not good (being kind).
Yours are in better shape than mine I just worked with what I got from Germany.
