Just got those - about £8.50 each in the UK. Nice enough but a bit pricey and not much of relevance to the GW though they may be worth a look especially if you have wider interests. Might be worth a look though you might want to check the box art first for variants - http://www.riichmodel.com and check the military accessories/diorama stuff.
Set A includes what I think is a Lewis Mk 1 (for ground use) with tripod, some tin hats, and a couple of Mills Bombs. The rest (Boys a/t rifle, PIAT, assorted submachineguns, and a 2" mortar and 3" mortar) is outwith the GW period (the 3" mortar seems to be a WW2 variant).
Set B includes 2 Lee-Enfields of the right period, and one with a bayonet, and a Vckers MMG on tripod. The Vickers is on a tripod with alternative rear and dial sights and has a canvas barrel cover laced up, and ammunition box and condenser (using a WW2 flimsy can?). Probably not suitable. The rest comprise various WW2 rifles and a couple of Brens, one on a tripod, so not relevant.
