Aren't these French-designed guns as well?

Cool! Thanks for sharing these!

I think it's probably fair to say that these are at least "French inspired." The 6" gun and 6" siege gun both appear to have Krupp-style breeches, while the other two are similar but not entirely identical to the French De Bange type breeches.

Are there any retailers in the US that carry Combrig? Failing that, are there any hobby retailers abroad that carry Combrig AND have reasonable shipping?

Hello,

I buy almost all of my Combrig kits from freetimehobbies.com/
It is the best site for this brand that I found.

All the very best,

No, these were either bought directly from Krupp, or were built via Krupp licence.  Virtually the same shelf model was sold to Belgium and other countries.  Only the M1904 has French design characteristics.

Thanks 28 juni 14! How incredible technological leap was made in the first years of the XXth century! One looks to these designs and can claerly place them in the XIXth century, but in the late war, most of the weapons are quite different and can be followed directly to models even now in use in the XXIth century.
