I am not a professional, but here are some thoughts what you might want to consider if you plan to draw on your own:
You may want to read about practical differences between surface vs. solid modeling systems before you invest a lot of money. Choosing surface modeling (as Rhino does) does have some implications for your workflow.
You also want to find out if you need a parametric modeler, as Rhino doesn't have this, at least without purchasing add-ons.
Personally, I am happy with Rhino, especially for the price of the educational license (that you can use for commercial work), but I needed some time to learn that the two points above make life more complicated if you don't consider them from the beginnig of a drawing.
