Just back from the annual Saumur exhibition where I bought some kits as usual, I turn to a long range projet depicting the military narrow gauge railway.
More parts, more work, but an interesting model that U-model will produce from itself too.
The idea is to use the full range of vehicules in a display dedicated to the supply during the war and I hope I could found some british materiel too. The english narrow gauge railway is different enough from the french one to make an interesting comparaison!
Hello! Not a lot of time for modelling, but I eventually completed my first narrow gauge truck : the Pechot "modèle Suippes. It will be used along with the crane.
Rather easy to assemble and needing very few improvements. I will turn to the crane now.
I found this site that has a couple of 1/35 scale locomotives. http://www.ossynths.nl/photos-locomotives#Â But this area is still a bit grey for me, so not sure what all nationalities used etc etc.
Paul.
