The Mark IV did not have pistol ports on the drive cab roof. They were periscope mounts. But they had the same rotating covers as the pistol ports had. The same holds for the cover & hole besides the rear observation hatch, which was also a periscope port. But I can not say anything about the Mark II.
Another question: have you any idea about hull's color of THE PERFECT LADY?
I am not sure if she was grey or brown painted.
I know it is very difficult to decide a color from B/W picturtes but on attached pictures IRON DUKE hull color seems mugh lighter then soldier's dresses so it may be gray. The same thing happens on CHARLIE CHAPLIN's picture. On THE PERFECT LADY sponsons are camouflaged (probably they come from an out of service MKI) but I can not realize the right hull's color.
Thanks
Pierantonio
