I found the Hobby Boss St. Chamond do be a better model. The accuracy I felt was better as well as the construction was much more intelligent.

If that version has snap together tracks, I'll be in clover!

Hello
Talking about the 2 kits , both manufacturers are making the same mistake on the track links for the M1 ( Flat roof)
Tracks links cannot be large until the model M2 ( Inclined roof ) , with the exception of the " assymetrical links"
Best Regards
Olivier

Regarding the tracks, both provide only large tracks, and you should convert them to obtain narrow ones.

I prefer the HB model, easier to built with a very nice gun inside, but to be honnest, if you need large tracks, the Takom tracks, even more difficult to assemble, have much better look than the Takom's one.
