MARK IV WORKABLE TRACKS

I have both Takom MK IV male and female with the old tracks, I would like to know if Takom MK IV Workable tracks are still available.

For example at ebay. When you search for:
TAKOM #2008x Workable Tracks (cement free) for Mark IV in 1:35
Price around 14 euros.
Or at the local hobbyshop, even better to keep them working.
