I'd just found this original film footage of "Beutetanks" captured after the Battle of Cambrai.
https://www.filmothek.bundesarchiv.de/video/583347

You can find and discuss many details!

Because it's german I'd translated the introducing texts as good as I can:

#1 (00:00): After the Tank Battle near Cambrai December 1917. - Rides with british captured Tanks due german motorists.

#2 (00:00:36): The english breaktrhough at Cambrai failed bloody, despite of use of hundred of tanks in groups. German report.

#3 (00:00:50): By those english Tank attack were 3 Tankbrigades, 3,,-400 Tanks, participating. -More than 100 Tanks were captured.

#4 (00:01:00): Due artillery disbled Tanks near Fontaine Notre Dame, suburb of Cambrai.

#5 (00:02:00): The first german driver of enemy Tanks, "Unteroffizier" Leu from the "Kraftfahrtruppen" (motorised units)

#6 (02:20): Guard nets against sight from planes, determined to hide the preparation for the Tank attack.

#7 (00:02:52): Dismounting of shot to pieces Tanks.

#8 (00:03:35): Members of the german motorised Units training the use of enemy Tanks.

#9 (00:07:50): A english Tank drives du own power to the train station of Cambrai, in order to get shipped to Berlin.

#10 (00:10:45): Presentation of a Tank by the "Versuchsabteilung" (division of experinents{?}) of the "Kraftfahrtruppen" (motorised units) to the reprasentatives of the press at the exhibition halls at the Zoo in Berlin.

#11 (00:12:31): "That's all folks!"

Tanks (according to their appearance):
#MK.IV Female "Banshee" (00:02:00) -What is this on top of the sponson?
#MK.IV Female C14 (00:02:28)/(00:07:42)/(00:08:00)
#MK.IV (unknown gender) "Blahney ..."(?) -see at (00:03:00)
#MK.IV Female F.13 "Falcon (II?)" -(00:03:40)  -Note the place of the unditching beam and the grouser spuds attached randomly!
#MK.IV Male F 41 -(00:10:58)

Let's see what you can spot and have fun while watching!

interesting strange that the only male tank shown in use by the Germans was i the zoo scene, does that show a bias in German usage of captured tanks i wonder

Re the tank three minutes in, the name has to be "BLARNEY" something, and I think I can see a T something E on the line underneath. This could make it B57 female "Blarney Castle", knocked out 2nd December 1917. There are plenty of photos of this tank around the web, but all show it in a much better external condition than shown in the film. Presumably it was found to be beyond repair and is shown being scrapped in situ at a later date.
