But on a legal note, all of these images are out of Copyright in almost all jurisdictions despite what some of them claim. Certainly out of copyright within the EU. Publishing images on websites does not grant new copyright over the original images.
Any photos taken before 1942 will be out of copyright in Europe, even if you are the original print or negative owner through family inheritance or proven legitimate purchase. The only exception would be UK Crown Copyright and possibly equivalent state copyrights. Crown Copyright currently extends back to 1893 but is rarely if ever enforced for such imagery.
