I know, it will be of no historical importance, nevertheless I like very much to get to th bottom of things. Here a well known photo - caption reads: "Tank Hedi auf Schlossplatz 11.5.1919 Carl Walter Kogel StA".
So, as there is/was no "Schlossplatz" in Leipzig it was quite a bit challenging to find the buildings in the background. Afterwards it seems rather simple "Schlossplatz" meant "Flossplatz".
And here two pictures, one from Google Maps and a historical one where, the street light in front of the school is clearly to make out.
... Google Maps
... and the historical picture
Hope you like it

Peter, great detective work !! I would like to find any "operational" history of the Hedi variants. But I don't think they would have written about them in those chaotic times..
In this Youtube video, there are a few "Hedi-54" pictures starting at the 5:30 time mark.
Thanks for the photo. Interesting is the dark skull next to the white skull and crossbones and the shield (KoKampf No. 151 Abt. 1 ?) on the front of the Y-mount.
Glad to hear from you again! I've found this picture on a Russian site and therefore there is no better resolution, sorry! IMHO the dark skull (and something that looks like like an animal rump) next to the white skull and crossbones is smeared spontaneously by hand into the dirty surface.
Here in addition a better "then and now" comparison yet!
