I remember reading that though the St. Chamond turned out to perform poorly while trying to cross trenches, when it was on flatter ground this tank type did fine. Was that the case?
Quite so. Took heavy losses, but did good service.

I have the tank kit now, ready for building. Seems that the camouflage varied quite a bit, even if the 4 colors stayed the same. So I can do basically what I feel like?
I thought of it crushing a German machine gun position BTW. I assume they existed outside of the (pill)box even late in the game.
