Over at the Missing Lynx Braille Forum, there is a thread about custom-made barrels.
On December 20, 2022, there was an update re: "155 mm for M12 (ESCI/Italeri and MAYBE UM)" and that barrel might just be the ticket for a 155mm GPF kit:

All I know about it is in that thread. Might be a source for other barrels as well, and possibly in other scales, too. Regards, Pat
I guess I should put on my anorak for this post - but it's summer here and too hot for that nonsense.
M12 barrel will be fine - the gun was the M1918 - a licence built version of the GPF.
The profile of the barrel doesn't look quite right - the front section looks too tapered and the radius transition at the first
joint from the muzzle doesn't look right either.
Barrels are really hard to get right at scale. I remember a conversation years ago with a guy who was using a CNC machine to make replacement
barrels since it was the only way he found to get the tapers and joints right.
There are machining businesses these days that will do small number runs of CNC machined parts if you supply a drawing they will check it and
do the machining in a wide range of materials. Might be worth thinking about for custom barrels.
