I have a request for Poland reader. I have 2 kits from Modelkrak, unfortunately with the text in Polish. What I want to understand is the explanation of the colour and marking. 1st one : Austin Series 1 Malowanie modelu : kolor podstawowy - stalowo szary ogumienie - czarny mat
2nd one : Armstrong - Whitworth - Fiat Malowanie modelu : calosc zielona, opony w kolorze gumy
If someone has more information regarding the colour and marking, LMK. I am still looking for the book about the Russian armoured cars of 1914-1917.
All the very best

I'm not fluent in Polish, but I did find out some words: kolor podstawowy = basic colour stalowy szary = steel grey (dark) czarny mat = matt black zielona = green opony w kolorze gumy = tires in rubber colour
Basically with Russian AC's, you can paint them in a number of shades of dark green with tires either in black or medium grey. Only later, in the civil war, a number of AC's from the St Petersburg Putilov factory were painted naval grey. I've attached a plate from the famous and very rare book on Russian AC's of the Austin 1 (of which I know you have the decals now).
