Look at the open door: the number "504". Never saw that detail before!

What is worth to be noticed too, is the bright colour of the open door.
And, I may be wrong, but it seems to me, that only the four sides were camouflaged. The upper side with the crosses on the louvres and the "turret" could have left in fieldgrey base colour.
