Hi all! Here's my latest finished WW1-project, the German M98/09 howitzer. I've used the Hät kit as a base for much further detailing. I made the same improvements as Peter Kempf, but I choose to replace the shield with a scratchbuilt one, as the original was too thick.
Yes, I know the seats and footrests are too small. I'll correct that on the next one I make (after all, I got four of them in the Hät kit, and I've only used one for spares).:)

Peter, You're right, and it was curved when I started it, but along construction it became less and less curved. Now it's almost straight. Another thing to improve on my next M98/09 I guess. Or I could always go with Gerd's explanation.
