Since Strelets are taking their time with the British Cavalry, does anyone have any ideas on conversions?
Could you get away with putting caps/steel helmets on the HäT Australian Light Horse? I think the Strelets Bengal Lancers will pass for Indian Cavalry and maybe even their British Lancers for 1914-18, but the Australian Lancers is pushing it a bit.
Any info on uniform details much appreciated.

Bad news: although there are painted examples of the Australian Light Horse in circulation, HäT say the mould might have to be remade, so more delay.
On the plus side, Imex have said they intend to release three new sets of figs in the New Year, though they haven't said which. Then they're promising 2 to 4 sets a year, so we might get a look at Pershing's Expeditionary Force eventually.
