I thought big scale fans would see some interest in my attempt to convert the Verlinden MkIV into a MkV as used by the US 301st heavy tank Bn in September 1918. Here are the latest photos:

Very nice work on a rather problematic basis!
You've really done a great work on the hull.
The only problem I notice concerns the sponsons : the rear panel should be angled and the overall detailling seems to be lower than on the other parts.

Just one more correction. The louvres above the vents were only fitted to the right side as viewed from the front, not both sides.

@Mark Hansen: good question!

I allways wondered why some Mark V had the louvres and others don't. Then the idea crossed my mind that it depends on the point of view at the tank.

Do you know why the louvres were only at one side?
