I have been trying to find a source for Cromwell's 1/72 Mark V* and Mark VIII and haven't had any luck. Are they still available and if so where at. Thanks for any help

Try F&S models they stock some of their kit's from the Braille Scale forum Cromwell are definitely still going.

Cromwell are infamous for their customer service. Don't bother emailing them as they won't reply. If you want to buy something from them you must send them a written order and enclose a cheque drawn on a UK bank. Good luck.

A friend of mine used to make masters for them. He may still do so. I'll get in touch with him and see what he knows.

Ok - checked with my friends. Yes they are still in business, but website presently off-line (it's not run by the firm apparently).

I have to agree about the standard of customer service.

Yes, I agree about their service. Sometimes they have shipped promptly, sometimes after a long delay, sometimes not at all. Just for clarifications sake: they have never conned any money from me, or some such. Their service is simply VERY erratic...
