Model Cellar MkIV and Whippet Individual track links reissued
Permalink

Hi folks,

Today I have GREAT news for the WWI armor Modelers:

The Model Cellar would like to announce that it has reissued it's original injection molded individual track links for the 1/35 Emhar WWI tank kits. We have a limited production resissue of track links for the British Mk.IV Male and Female (Emhar kits 4001 and 4002 respectively). The track links also fit the newer Mk.V "Hermaphrodite" (kit 4005) from Emhar. Sets for the Whippet and the Tadpole have also been reissued.

Kit particulars:
MC35101 Mk.IV/V $32.00
MC35104 Whippet $26.00
MC35111 Tadpole $40.00

regards,
Paul

I saw these for the Whippet on ebay (if I remember correctly) the other day and was peeved. I looked high and low for replacements for mine that I completed a few months ago and couldn't find anything. Had to use the old "cover it in mud" trick. I was actually quite pleased with the result. I left the raised portion of the tracks visible.

On the bright side of things, I just put in my order last night for replacements for my Mk IV. Can't wait to get me grubby fingers on 'em.

A cleaner/clearer shot of the merchandise would be great, though. wink

I received my tracks today in the post. I can't believe how fast I got them. Five days ain't bad for Pennsylvania to southeastern Virginia.
