My newest dio: "Steel wins concrete"

Superb - 1/35 scale?

Well ... a real great diorama!

The only things that makes me feel ... let's say ... strange, are the writings at the wall inside the bunker:

a) writing mistake: "SIEG IST EINE ANGELEGENHEIT DES VERTRAUSENS" (victory is a case of confidence)�- should be "VERTRAUENS"
b) writing mistake: "VERTEIDIGEN SIE IHR MUTTERLAND" (defend your motherland) - should be "VATERLAND" (fatherland); also it would be more common to say something like "SOLDAT, VERTEIDIGE DEIN VATERLAND!" ("soldier, defend your fatherland!")
c) "in treue fest" was a slogan that only was used on the belt buckle of the Bavarian Army and one of the Bavarian oders. Usaly it was not used for chalk writings at that time. Maybe later (1939-1945) it was used, as it was a little similar to the slogan of the SS ("Meine Ehre heisst Treue")
d) At that time a German soldier never ever would draw a heart and write down "ich liebe sie" - "I love her (!)" (If you would like to say "I love you" then it is "ich liebe dich").
e) At that time in Germany a very different kind of font was used when handwriting: the so called "S�tterlinschrift" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%BCtterlin)

It�s clear you�re right... but... It�s hard for me to write in german with no mistakes. I don�t write that language at all!!� ashamed

Coming back to the bunker: in this case the dio won't loose if you decided not to make chalk writings at the wall inside.

Hi captain!

looks fine!! I like the tracks of the Ft, is it the RPM kit?
I think Elbavaro has a point there: without the writing in the bunker the dio is already "saying enough". But: nice work!
I've been in Barcelona last year, what a great city! Even the flight back, with a very funny captain at the controls, he scared me to death, was worth it!

�Right, it�s not a poor kit but someone told me the Modelkasten kit is better.
