may be a little help: Allied artillery of World War One, by Ian Hogg, The Crowood Press Ltd, ISBN 1 86126 712 6, www.crowood.com. It has a chapter on AA artillery, the book contains more, on other artillery but it's a nicely illustrated and written volume.
