Hi just tryed out Foxit PDF reader and found it to work much much better then Acrobat reader, its easy, quick and doesnt eat your memory... you can download it here FOXIT for free make sure to select the right options when you install.....

Disclaimer I have no connect whatsoever to this softwear, just looking for a better PDF reader for Books and Patents...

Excellent suggestion - especially in view of recent security concerns voiced about Adobe Acrobat. Hopefully those are now addressed - http://www.adobe.com/support/security/ but still ... Adobe will always be a target for hacker attentions.
