I hope this hasn't been posted before. Otherwise: please take my apologies.
Today I found in a modellers shop this intersting thing: a printable film. You can print out your own decals with your ink- or laser printer (tehy offer two different films).
It is called "Experts - Choice (TM)" from a company called "Decal Film". It is distributed by various modellers companies. You find them easily with google. Just as an example like this one (it shows also how to use it):
thanks for letting us know! Every now and then I see some advertising of Bare Metal Foil in modelling magazines but I never took a look at their site. Till now I used some unknown brand from a local (railway) model shop but the decal has a tendency to break, specially at fine corners. I am still searching, trying to find a product of which you can make thin lines and stripes.
vasek resin, I found some on ebay, and then followed up and found that a few companies make it. I searched using the term, 'water slide decals paper'.
You might be able to find some in your nearest stationery store. It is usually placed next to photographic paper, iron-on t-shirt transfer paper, peelable window stickers paper, etc.
This company has some, and a video on how to apply it:
To make life even easier: design your own decals and have them printed by me, including white! Prices are affordable and you don't even need to take a full sheet.
