I confess I'm a sucker for the "On this day" style of historical page. One with a military flavour and quite a lot of WW1 content is the unlikely FREE MARKET FAIRY TALES. That's the archive page which satisfies those with an impatient appetite - the whole year can be reviewed if desired.

The homepage - Free Market Fairytales? "Frivolity, Free Market Economics & Firearms" - sounds like an eminently sensible mix to me but alas, the original blog of which the "On this day" was but a part has gone west

So now it just remains for me to thank you all one last time & exit stage left, up the electronic clock tower with a hip flask of something dark n peaty & a rifle^{Mr Free Market February 3, 2010}

Who knows how long this remnant will erm ... remain? Enjoy it if you will, while yet you may.
