After posting my thread on the Emhar sponsons I decided I didn't like the way I did them so I started a new one. This time I used .040x.060 strip stryene and glued the .040 edge to the kit after making a 85 degree cut. I started at the corner and drew a line at 85 degrees and then drew a verticle line from where the angle line ended. I used a razor saw to cut the angle and then the verticle cut. After I sanded the edges flat I made a angled cut at the bottom of the sponson so I could use the kit rear door.After looking at the Landships Mk IV walk around I see that the gun turret is too wide but I will take care of that later. As I progress I will post more pictures and text.
