I have recently added a 7,7cm. l.F.K. 1916 to the collection. This gives me an example of all the German WW1 Field Artillery types fielded to units in service in the WW1 Era minus the 10,5cm. l.F.H. 98/09 and the much more rare 10,5cm l.F.H. Kp. 16.
This 7,7cm lFK 16 is registered in the US with BATF as a live artillery piece.
Nice looking gun - there are a number (about 6) in South Australia - Queensland was only allocated a single lFK 16 which has survived but is in poor condition in a remote mining town.
Oddly there are about as many 10.5cm lFH 16 guns in Australia as lFK 16s.
