Sorry if this is old news - but I just came across this page http://www.paperpanzer.co.uk/GALLERY/gallery2.htm and thought the free 1/72 plans http://www.paperpanzer.co.uk/Downloads/downloads.htm were too good not to share the link with you.
Some more: http://www.mylinuxisp.com/~wmccullough/PaperPanzers.html
One day I'll try to copy this onto plasticard in order to have more robust models. Regards, Pat

Should add the reasonably recent additions to paper models....
The forum papermodelers.com has the following free inter-war models for download:
US T1E1 (1/72 and 1/48) US T4E1 Combat Car (1/72 and 1/48) US M2A1 Light Tank (1/72 and 1/48) British Vickers Mark II (two versions in 1/72 and 1/48) Russian T-12 (1/33)
To access these you must signup for forum membership and have posted at least 1 post to the forum. Failing that a certain amount of grovelling to a papermodelers member may get you the files.
I should point out that Wayne McCullough's free models are lo-res (100dpi) - you can purchase hi-res versions (300 dpi) at ecardmodels.com.
The Polish publisher GPM has recently released a 1/25 Rolls-Royce Armoured Car (Model 1920). There is a 1/25 T1E1 in preparation - probably will be published by WAK.
I'd suggest you try building a cardmodel before reaching for the plasticard - they are usually quite strong and robust.
I had a look at the GPM 1/25 Rolls Royce Armoured Car - this is a serious model - complete chassis and suspension, motor and transmission - looks like it runs to about 1500 parts - not a quick project for a weekend. The printing and weathering on the model are excellent.
Regards,
Charlie
