Can anyone supply details or point me at a source of stats on this gun please? I mean info on measurements, weights etc. Many thanks for any help. Even a book I can refer to would be fine.
The request comes as a follow -up to the post I made about the British use of what appears to have been this gun in China in 1900.
I still haven't mastered subscribing but will endeavour to get it right this time and thank responders.
I have writed in french review "Tank Zone" N° 7, october 2009, an paper "Mortiers et obusiers lourds Skoda de 28-cm à 42-cm" with 29 photographs, 26 never published before, and the description of 24-cm, 30,5-cm, 38-cm and 42-cm mortars and howitzers made by Skoda in 1914-1918. Look on "Google" the site of Histoire et Collections, revue Tank Zone and you can see the first two pages of the paper with especially some photographs of 24-cm M.98 Skoda.
