Hello Guys,

I want to give you an impresion of one of my first steps into the years of the Great War.This Dio is a very old work with converted figures of French Infantry from Airfix,a St.Chamond built out of the box from FSF, a little changed 25 pdr cannon from ESCI with ammo trailer to simulate WWI artillery,a dead horse from Airfix and some crates and ammo around the terrain. The dead trees are made of real roots found in the forrest.I think it's not all correct on this Dio, see the french commander with red trouser at this time. But nevertheless, comments, criticism are allways wellcome.Later I will post some photos of my newer works of the first World War.Thanks for looking.

Michel

Very great! It's nice to see that even soft, old Airfix figures can be painted to look so good.

Great diorama!

It may be old, but the Airfix French set still holds up well! The soldier advancing next to the officer looks like a very good conversion.
