Emhar's A7V conversion
Permalink

This is going to be a step-by-step post on converting Emhar's A7V to A7V 501 in her pre-Gretchen markings. After reading the article on Landships, I realised that it needed a little updating and a few photos showing the steps would also help.

To make A7V 501, you will need 2 copies of the Emhar kit. The leftover parts can be used for other projects such as the A7V-U or Überlandwagen. The parts required from the second kit (rear plate and 2 MGs and mounts) are circled in the photo.

Thanks. It will take a while due to work commitments, and I want to get it right from the start.

Awesome Mark! I've got an idea to do the radio command tank later, but I don't have any clue as to what the radio aerials look like.

Greetings, Josh

Getting all of the necessary bits and pieces together now. First step will be on the rear plate and should be up in a day or two.
