Jean-Luc Gibot & Philippe Gorczynski: "Following the Tanks Cambrai 20th November - 7th December 1917"

I know this is a labour of love and the definitive work on the use of tanks during the battle of Cambrai. I also know that it is not flawless (http://1914-1918.invisionzone.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8024&view=findpost&p=1227024), but I want it anyway. The problem is that it's very hard to find (there must be a very small number of copies worldwide). I know that there are two language versions: French and English. I want English version for two reasons: 1. I don't know French, 2. English version is updated. But anyway right now I can't find even one copy, either French or English, in the whole Internet.

Does anyone have any idea where can this book be found? Or maybe someone would like to sell it (I'll pay good money)? This book is my Holy Grail - right now the only book that I want to buy, but at the same time can't find.

One of the book's author's--M. Gorczynski--runs the Hotel Beatus in Cambrai. If anyone has a copy, he probably does. Good luck.
