Landships II

Not wishing to start a flame war , as this subject does seem to have produced some heated debate in the past, but are we any closer to solving the question, of whether the Stv21 is the LKII, either directly shipped from Germany as a runner, or as a kit?

Reading through a couple of old posts, http://landships.activeboard.com/t8839935/strv-m21lk-ii/ being the longest (& hottest!), this question doesn't appear to have been solved.
