Wow, that trencher is the very shot that Josh was after last year. Have emailed him an alert in case he is not lurking at the moment. Lots of other photos of interest there too - thanks Poilu. I think I could have lived without ever seeing the remains of the horse in the tree, but there are worse horrors - c'est la guerre.

[edit] - Aagh - Josh's (FR73) e-mail address must have changed, previous one no longer exists.  Ah well, I see he visited (logged in) quite recently.

Thats really detailed Poilu, It may provide fresh impetus to my trencher porject...
Say, wouldn't that be a great idea for the 'behind the line' group build Kaiser suggested. You know with all these photos surfacing, and clearer pictures of this variant coming to light, I'm surprised a model hasn't come out already.
