Thank you for viewing the subject ......
Unfortunately, I'm building is not never inside vehicles. Lack of time and I do not like .....

MK, no problem ....
Dark brown primer paint,
Lightly grease with Vaseline, very slightly ......
hair spray in several places, and salt ,

Tiny drops of wet pigment,

Paint, apply a dark wash, leave the paint to dry well.
Poskroba metal brush and knife modeller ....
Very easy to do - the effect is as pictured :

Hi Andy,

That is looking impressive... from build all the way to the painting... an amazing piece of work.

I hope you don't mind me asking... on the weathering side of things, is that salt I see as masking for chipped paint?

Superb! Of course, you do realise that we will now expect it to have a fully working 1/15 scale engine and transmission? wink

Thanks for the painting tips. A friend of mine used similar techniques on his model pusher tug, it brings a realism large scale models cry out for. I can't wait to see the rest of this model.

I have been looking for a 1/15 scale FT tank for a long time. As i get older i find that even 1/35 scale tanks are a fiddle especialy the RMM models which would have been perfect years ago. Andy will you be making the rest of this model ie tracks, wheel station and hull? I did try to find a price of the resin FT turret kit on your web site but went round in circles. How much is your turret kit?

Keep up the excellent work, totaly amazing

Hello ...........

I'm thinking that the hull and suspension will also be resin ... I'm just beginning to build ... I always make a few extra sets ..... Unfortunately it's quite expensive, I have to manually correct a few things. It is very difficult to do with the resin cover, for example ....Price and photographic instructions on how to do some detail work is already on the blog ...

Andy

The actual size ..

Luk commander.

Not for a minute do I believe it's 1/15th! You're building a full size one for The Weald Foundation!
